7 Spice Oxtail Ragu
I let my imagination run wild and thought what would happen if you take a classic Italian ragu and sprinkle some Palestinian influence all over - this is what happens - you get a 7 Spice Oxtail Ragu. It’s everything you love about a classic ragu, the soft fall apart meat, a deep rich sauce, and cheese…lots of cheese but with a really incredible twist in flavor. The meat and broth are both seasoned with the traditional Arabic 7 Spice which just brings a whole new dimension to pasta. I’ve really never had anything like this and I’m so happy to have brought this to life. It’s a dish I will call my staple until I can come up with something to top it…and that’s a hefty task.
