7 Spice Short Ribs
This what I think would happen if Korean Galbi decided to make its way to the Levant - Arabic 7 spice Beef Short Ribs. I love the flavor of short ribs but I hardly see them used in Middle Eastern foods. So seasoning them with the most popular spice blend in the Levant seemed like the perfect idea. I’m happy to share these came out beautifully and so easy to do!
