Baked Kufta Rolls
This is the dish that would always make the house smell incredible and visually just put a fat smile on my face. Kufta is already a favorite of mine but you’re telling me it’s wrapped in crispy flaky Filo dough? And it’s served with a hearty tomato broth and garlic mint yogurt. It’s a combo you can taste just by the description. This one is a lot of fun to make, very simple to do, and I promise you’ll want to make it again and again.
