Berry Bark
This is a wonderfully simple dessert that’s a lot of fun to put together and really no effort at all. You can make as much as you like and it can stay in your freezer for a while so no pressure to eat it all before it “goes bad.” You can also mix and match with whatever kind of berries or nuts you like. Today I chose to use blueberries and raspberries but it works just as well with strawberries, blackberries, pistachios, almonds, etc.
Serves: 4
Time: 2.5 hours
Ingredients
2 cups Greek Yogurt
0.25 cup Honey
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.5 cup Blueberries
1 cup Dark Chocolate
0.25 cup White Chocolate
Instructions
Grab a sheet tray and line with parchment paper with a bit of overhang. Scoop the yogurt and honey into a mixing bowl and mix well. Then lay onto the sheet tray spreading evenly.

Wash the berries and pat dry then place all over the yogurt. Place in the freezer while working on the next part.

Set a small pot of water to boil and place a small bowl on top to create a double boiler. Melt the dark chocolate over the double boiler until smooth and silky. Repeat in another bowl with the white chocolate.

Remove the tray from the freezer and pour the chocolate all over the tray. Place in the freezer for at least two hours.

Remove, break apart, and garnish with powdered sugar (optional).
