I am sure the taste is superb. this recipe has been very challenging. I noticed that the brand of flour makes huge difference in making the recipe successful.

Very true the flour used makes a huge difference in taste but you can still get a nice fluffy dough with any flour

Thank you Waleed, it has been very difficult to prepare a fluffy dough until I stumbled upon Alsa - French Cake Baking Powder. I add it to the yeast after activating it then add the flour, and only then the dough is right.
