Kubbeh B'Siniyeh
Kubbeh, whether it’s baked in a tray or fried in small pieces, is probably the most underrecognized food to come from the Levant. When friends tell me they love Arab food it usually means shawerma, falafel, and kebabs and that’s totally understandable. Those are the most widely available foods in the west. So Kubbeh is always the next dish I recommend because I love seeing everyone’s eyes get big and their faces into a fat smile. It’s loved by so many and is such a simple concept.
