Levantine Style Breaded Tilapia
This is the dish I think uniquely represents Levantine cooking - there’s plenty of other shallow fried tilapia that looks just like this, but none that taste like it. It’s a dish I’ve only every had at an Arab household. Shallow fried crispy lemony fish served with a spiced rice, dagga (spicy Palestinian salad), and sometimes tahini or a sauce to compliment the dish. It all comes together within an hour!
