We all love a refreshing lemonade but in the middle east we go for an ice cold mint lemonade. This combo just works so well it’s hard to pass up when given the chance. And now that the weather has warmed up, it’s the perfect time to bring this incredible summer drink to your table. It comes together in just 20 minutes so there’s no excuse to not try it!
Serves: 4
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
4 Lemons
1 cup Fresh Mint
3 cups Ice
0.3 cup Sugar
1 can Condensed Milk
0.25 cup Water
Instructions
Really the only big step here is washing and cleaning the lemons. If the peel is thin, leave it on and trim the two ends. If the peel is thick or hard, peel half and trim the two ends. Cube up the lemon, pick your fresh mint, and set aside.

Place the ice, lemon, mint, sugar, and condensed milk in a blender and run it until everything is smooth.

Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove and large pieces. Then place in the fridge to chill until you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!

This looks great, is it sweetened or unsweetened condensed milk?
