Musakhan
This is what I would call the national dish of Palestine - juicy chicken, oily onions, and taboon bread to soak it all up. It’s the dish I actually made to introduce my now wife to Palestinian food and she’s obviously never looked back. This is a dish I love dearly and it’s the dish I love to make for anyone I can. It’s really very simple and easy and I hope you can enjoy it too!
