Zawi Tuscan Chicken
Take everyone’s favorite creamy tuscan chicken and add some middle eastern spice - it’s warm, cozy, and a super simple crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
4 Bone-In Chicken Thighs
3 cups Fresh Spinach
2 cups Cherry Tomato (halved)
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 Yellow Onion (diced)
4-5 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Zawi Chicken Spice
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Fresh Parsley
Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and Zawi Chicken Spice. Mix well and place skin side down in a cold fry pan. Place on medium heat and don’t touch the chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the skin is golden brown. Flip and sear the bottom side of the chicken. Then remove and set aside.



Add the olive oil, diced onion, and minced garlic. Saute until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add the halved cherry tomato and spinach saute for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.





Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Place the chicken back in and into a 350F oven for 30 minutes. Remove and let it cool.




Garnish with fresh parsley and aleppo pepper and enjoy
