This is a very simple tahini sauce that goes incredibly well with any fish. Whether you pan fry, bake, poach, or deep fry, this sauce is the perfect pairing. In this recipe I’ll share exactly how I make it and the fish I am pairing it with but remember it goes well with ANY fish so don’t marry the two together here.
Serves: 4
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
Taratour Tahini:
0.5 cup Tahini
1 Lemon
0.25 cup Water
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Chopped Parsley
Salmon:
1 Large Salmon Filet
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Crush the garlic cloves into a paste and add to a small mixing bowl. Add the tahini, juice of 1 lemon, salt and mix. Then slowly add water and mix until you get a slightly runny consistency. As the tahini sits, it will thicken. Add the parsley, mix well, and set aside.

Lay foil or parchment paper on a large baking tray then place the salmon on the tray. In a small mixing bowl add the salt, pepper, cayenne, minced garlic and olive oil. Mix it well and brush all over the salmon until evenly coated all over. Place in the oven and bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.

Serve with rice, salad, and any other sides you like.

Yum! I recently made another version of the sauce which was the same but with TONS (2 bunches) of parsley. So it was thicker. like a tahini salad. We eat it on everything, including out of the bowl! I’ll try this next! ❤️🙏🇵🇸
That’s going on my menu this week! Thanks.
