Yum! I recently made another version of the sauce which was the same but with TONS (2 bunches) of parsley. So it was thicker. like a tahini salad. We eat it on everything, including out of the bowl! I’ll try this next! ❤️🙏🇵🇸

I did a “hack” TJ frozen breaded tilapia, plus a touch of saffron in the rice for color. The sauce is homemade and delicious!
